How to make baked meatballs
It is difficult for some people to prepare a recipe for baked meatballs? It is best to buy cooked meatballs and toss them into the bottled sauce. However, great meatballs start out with an impressive mix of meat.
There are two simple ingredients that are indispensable for a proper meatballs recipe:
Well-baked meatballs first start out with flavors, which include aromatics like onion and garlic. Just as important as the herbs are to get these essential Italian flavors in every bite. Our recipe calls for parsley or basil, so feel free to combine it with your favorite combination.
Why is my meatball recipe difficult?
Using milk is the key to getting moist and juicy meatballs every time. The same approach we use for our meatloaf recipe. An egg is also brought to bind meat, breadcrumbs, and parmesan together, making it light and spongy.
The next step is to incorporate the meat mixture until the materials are simply mixed with your hands. Use gloves if you have an aversion to touching uncooked meat, or mix a wooden spoon gently. Whole portions of the minced meat should remain visible.
Wrap the meatballs in gently spreading palm trees to prevent the meat from sticking to your fingers, while providing a little more moisture to each meatball. Alternatively, you can spray meatballs generously with cooking oil spray.
How to prepare the sauce
Our sauce recipe is easy, starting with onion and garlic to create these aromatic ingredients. Simmer the tomatoes along with the tomato paste, herbs, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Add a pinch of sugar to reduce the bitterness, or use 1/4 teaspoon of aluminum-free baking soda to help neutralize the acid.
Add baked meatballs. To the sauce with any juices to add flavor, and leave it on low heat for only a few minutes to avoid overcooking. Prefer to have these flavors in the sauce absorbed evenly into the meat.

1/2 pound (250g) ground pork (or beef)
